You can replace the skim milk with almond milk, coconut milk, or if you want extra protein, substitute half the milk with fat free plain greek yogurt. Also, you can add a handful of spinach as well and you can't taste it (I have only tried it in the chocolate banana peanut butter, I haven't tried it in my vanilla mixes...yet)!
Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter:
- 1/2 cup of skim milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp of peanut butter or PB2 (it's a powder peanut butter)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 3 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 kiwi (for an easy way to peel kiwi, click here)
- 4-6 strawberries depending on size
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 cup frozen or fresh cherries
- 1/2 cup milk (almond or skim)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
- 3-4 ice cubes
